  • Ensuring that customer complaints are assessed fairly, promptly and impartially.
  • Encourage staff and contractors to recommend improvements to service following customer complaints.
  • Routine monitoring of TCF as part of our staff and contractor meetings enabling us to assess our TCF performance.
